14-Day Return Policy

We offer a 14-day return policy. This means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation or receipt).

How Returns Work

Please contact us at xaver.hoerl@gmail.com before sending anything back, so we can provide you with a return label and instructions on how and where to send your package. This ensures your return is properly matched and processed.

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at xaver.hoerl@gmail.com if an item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

Notwithstanding the above, if merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days, at the latest within 14 days of receiving the goods or proof of shipment. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
